Kuridel Black Commission Terms of Service
✿ Basic Info ✿
• By purchasing any of my services, you’re automatically accepting all my Terms provided in this page.
• Client must be over 18
• I’m allowed to not accept your Commission if I do not feel comfortable for what you’re asking me to draw.
• It states clearly in my invoice that it is against my TOS to file a chargeback.
• You are NOT ALLOWED to use the Artwork for any AI media.
• The commission will be only for personal use, not for commercial purposes. You can’t sell it anywhere.
• I usually don’t work on the Weekends, so I have the right to not answer your messages until Monday.
• After I finish the Artwork (and the client confirms that everything is good) I tend to delete the PSD files, so edits past this point can’t be done.
• The Client, must be sure to save their finished commissions,(Usb, Disk, etc…)
• I will send you a High res Picture and another one in Low res with my watermark. Please, be sure to upload online the watermarked one.
✿ Payments & Refunds ✿
• Payments will be made via Paypal, and I will send you the invoice, so do not send me the money directly.
• I require the full payment before I start the artwork.
• After I have send you the invoice you have 48 Hours to pay or I will cancel your slot, unless we agreed otherwise.
• Refunds are not available (unless I’m unable to finish the work you will get back the percentage of what I was not able to finish)
• Additions/special requests not specifically listed might increase the price (Big Weapons, Wings, detailed outfit/armor, pets/companions, …)
• Tips are never required but appreciated ♥ Thank you!
✿ Copyright & Usage Policy ✿
• As the creator of the artwork, I retain the copyright to my work and have the right to showcase it in my online galleries, social media platforms, portfolio, Patreon etc.
• You are NOT ALLOWED to change, modify or sell the commission. However you are allowed to personally print the commission, use it as your avatar in Social media, crop the image, and any use as long as it’s personal!
✿ Alternative version on how to order / Commission Process & Timeframe ✿

( Please, Identify yourself first! Your social media username or just your name (or nickname) So I can give you credits as the owner of the character if I post the artwork )

• Type of commission : (Example; Simple Illustration – Half body)
• Paypal Email Address:
• Name of the Character:
• Personality of the Character or any important detail for the Commission:
( Reference Images attached to the email. Don’t send links, pelase. )
• Full name & address for legal invoice
• I take my time to make the Commission as good as possible. You can expect your commission to be finished within 4 weeks of application if not stated otherwise. (Sometimes it can take a little longer) The wait time might vary based on queue and complexity of the commissioned artwork or if the batch is too long.
✿ Revisions ✿
• All my Commission updates/stages will be sent to the client ( Sketch, Lineart, Base colors, Final piece ) After I send you the final sketch, make sure to tell me anything you want to change. Once I start the Lineart there will be no changes on the Composition/big details.
